Supply and installation of Mitsubishi Electric VRF air conditioning and heat recovery ventilation systems carried out over 12 weeks on 1st & 2nd Floors. The air conditioning consisted of ducted fan coil units connecting to 8 No. heat recovery VRF condensing units. Mechanical ventilation was provided by Mitsubishi Electric void mounted heat recovery ventilation units, supplying air into the rear of the fan coil units:-

• VRF City Multi heat recovery air conditioning

• Heat recovery fresh air ‘Lossnay’ type ventilation

• Associated automatic controls and interface

• Full testing and commissioning/ O & M documentation
