This fast track design and build project had to be co-ordinated and designed literally as the building works developed. All distribution ductwork and piped services had to be routed exposed and painted. The project was carried out during the school holidays and consisted of heat pump 2 pipe VRV Daikin Europe air conditioning for summer comfort cooling. Daikin VAM Type heat recovery ventilation units provide fresh air for staff and building occupants:-

• Comms Room Cooling, Fresh air ‘Vam’ type heat recovery ventilation

• Heat pump 2 pipe VRV comfort cooling

• Associated automatic controls/ full testing and commissioning

• Full operation & maintenance documentation
