Upon Instruction, McDowall’s had 1 week to procure the Daikin Europe air conditioning equipment and start work across 4 college floors, installing four separate systems all controlled via a Daikin I Touch controller and completed in 6-8 weeks. Part of the scheme involved providing electrical mains power to the air conditioning equipment and bringing the existing fresh air ventilation system back on line and re-commissioning all systems as follows:

• 45 No. internal fan coil units linked to

• 4 No. VRVIII inverter driven condensing units

• Existing fresh air ventilation system refurbishment

• Automatic I Touch controls, Testing & Commissioning & O & M’s
