After carrying out the original CAT A Fit Out for the Landlord, we carried out the CAT B Fit Out over just 6 weeks. Introducing fresh air ventilation for occupants was the biggest challenge due to the low floor to ceiling height and lack of ceiling void space due to large down stand beams running in both directions horizontally. This element of the building services had to be carefully designed and co-ordinated by McDowall Air Conditioning.
