McDowall Air Conditioning de-commissioned, de-gassed and removed all existing heating, cooling and ventilation systems, including safe removal and disposal of two gas fired boilers, a large roof top chiller and air handling unit. New Daikin Europe VRV heat recovery air conditioning and ventilation systems were designed, supplied and installed to the offices and chambers of the Courthouse:

• VRV heat recovery air conditioning & ventilation systems

• Associated automatic controls systems

• Full co-ordination of new and existing services

• Full testing and commissioning/ O & M documentation
