National contract for the design, supply and installation of heat recovery Mitsubishi Electric VRF air conditioning systems to serve 12 No. existing hotels. The air conditioning replaced the electric panel heating and was linked into the door entry ‘Ving-Card’ system for maximum energy efficiency. Designed within the restrictions of EN378 with the added complexity of the Hotel remaining fully occupational, with 12 completed bedrooms handed back to the hotel on Friday of each week for occupation:

• VRF City Multi heat recovery air conditioning

• Heat recovery fresh air ‘Lossnay’ type ventilation

• Associated automatic controls and interface

• Full testing and commissioning/ O & M documentation
