This new build project involved a CAT A Fit Out of 3 No. separate office blocks (8,000 sq ft, 10,000 sq ft & 12,000 sq ft Unit Sizes), consisting of full ducted VRF heat recovery air conditioning with complete heat recovery full fresh air ventilation for building occupants:

• Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery ducted air conditioning

• Fresh air heat recovery Mitsubishi Electric ‘Lossnay’ type ventilation

• Toilet Ventilation and associated ductwork systems

• Associated automatic controls systems

•Testing & Commissioning/ full O & M documentation
