McDowall Air Conditioning designed, procured and installed full supply and extract ventilation and air conditioning to the Kitchen and Dining areas with some 134 seated places. The services are operated and controlled via a touch screen controller located in the corridor opposite the cold room:

• Kitchen roof mounted supply only AHU & heat pump AC to dining room

• Two stage DX AHU cooling coil & 60kW electric heater battery

• Extract AHU connected to main extract canopy and dishwasher extract

• Toilet extract ventilation and associated controls

• Daikin VAM type Heat Recovery ventilation to kitchen offices

• Associated automatic controls/ testing, commissioning/ O & M’s
