McDowall Air Conditioning designed, procured, installed tested and commissioned a complete air conditioning and heat recovery fresh air ventilation system and associated services package to serve the 5 storey building. The building is split between a new modern office and a preserved listed office building, which over looks Birmingham Cathedral Square:

• Full Heat Recovery 2 pipe Mitsubishi Electric VRF air conditioning

• Fresh air supply and extract heat recovery ‘Lossnay’ ventilation linked to AC

• Full co-ordination with other mechanical and electrical services on site

• Associated automatic controls, full testing, commissioning/ O & M’s
