This extremely fast track High Quality 800 person Corporate Hospitality facility posed major design and co-ordination challenges for McDowall’s design and installation team during the Summer of 2008. All services were designed in 3 weeks and installed in 10 weeks as follows:

• Daikin Europe VRVIII Inverter Heat Pump Air Conditioning systems

• New VES Full Fresh Air AHU’s and Existing AHU’s Refurbished

• Full kitchen ventilation services and extract canopies

• Full Trend BMS System and associated controls

• Full testing and commissioning/ O & M documentation

McDowall Air Conditioning also air conditioned and ventilated the Players and Press Lounge, Martin O’Neil and Doug Ellis’s offices.
